L. L. Brown, Inc. offers thermoform tooling design and manufacture, machining to print, machine repair and reconditioning, replacement parts, and general design. At the company's core is a machining facility with full milling, turning, and grinding capabilities supported by a fully computerized design department.

Our mission is to deliver superior quality products and service in less time using the latest technologies. Technology is integral to customer satisfaction. Vista, a completely integrated software package controlling quoting, job tracking, inventory, and accounting, is used to control daily operations and allows online customer access. A Statistical Process Control (SPC) system (developed by L. L. Brown) is used with production runs while a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) is used at final inspection. We can handle most CAD platforms including Solid Works, CADKEY, Pro Engineer, and AutoCAD). MasterCAM is our CAM platform of choice.
