(Our Original) ROCK-N-ROLL AEROBIC KICKBOXING
At The House of Martial Arts Karate Academy, we base our practice on Shotokan Karate. A style that originated in Okinawa and is one of the oldest forms of martial arts. It is also the first true style to fall under the category of “Karate” (meaning empty hand).
We blend American styles in such areas as self-defense, free sparring, and open forms. The strong, strict techniques of Shotokan Karate along with the flare of the American style creates an exciting martial arts learning experience.

IT'S THAT TIME OF YEAR AGAIN!!
Join us Dec. 7th at the Oakdale Community Center as we bring you our annual "Rock For Food" drive benefitting The Food Pantry in Imperial Pa. Come workiut with us as we do our original Rock n Roll workout aerobic kickboxing program. Bring a donation of food or cash. Prizes and 50/50 raffle. all proceeds go to The West Allegheny The Food Pantry.
Enjoy an evening with Soke: Mike Kinney of Kinney Karate schools of Tampa Fla.
Master Kinney has over 600 students and has been teaching martial arts for 40 years. He will be visiting and performing a seminar on Tues. Nov. 16th at our dojo.
4:30 pm for Little Kicks and Kids group
6:00 pm for 12 yrs. and over group.
(seminar pre-empts regular class schedule)
