The SceneFishing rods, reels, lures -- some framed lures arranged into miniature, two-dimensional versions of Mummer costumes -- set KJoJoina Philly-style seafood theme. Service is Philly-style, too: no-frills and sassy.
Basic shrimp cocktail, a few raw clams and snapper soup make fine appetizers, but they're only a prelude to the reason to come here: Gulf Coast hard-shells. The workingman's lobster, blue crab, has smaller body parts and less sweet
