Associated Contractors originally built homes in the Conneaut Lake and Meadville area. The reputation for craftsmanship and integrity that ACI earned throughout the area enabled them to bid for and win larger and increasingly complex projects. By the 1950's, the company was primarily involved in commercial construction. Their continued focus on customer satisfaction solidified their reputation in the commercial building field, which led to greater opportunities for expansion and growth.
