Colonial Courtyard at Clearfield Colonial Courtyard at Clearfield is our northernmost residence serving Curwensville, Grampian, Philipsburg, and other surrounding areas.
Colonial Courtyard at Bedford Bedford is a quaint and Historic town filled with antique shops and country decor. We are located just off of the Pennsylvania Turnpike and Interstate 99/220 surrounded by scenic mountains and good old country farmlands. Hidden in the hillsides are beautiful covered bridges that enhance the peaceful feel of nature and our wildlife.

We are committed to both improving our energy efficiency and mitigating our environmental impact.
Over the past year we have recycled over 800 pounds of outdated computers, monitors, printers, and related accessories. A revised approach to printing has yielded over $1,000 in paper and ink savings.
Some of our residents enjoyed gardening at home, so we like to provide areas at our residences for them to continue their hobby.
We invite you to stop by one of our residences to admire our residents' award-winning roses, petunias, and lilies.
