Family Pet Clinic is a small animal Veterinary Hospital located in Southampton, PA. We are accredited by the American Animal Hospital Association. We are constantly improving, and maintaining high standards to serve you and your pets the best we can. We provide thorough physical examinations for all pets. We vaccinate according to each pet's need and follow the AVMA's guidelines. We are completely computerized and keep excellent records and reminders for each of your pets. We have a digital universal x-ray machine. This machine limits radiation exposure for staff and pets, and produces quality diagnositic radiographs. We have a digital dental xray machine, and an ultrasound machine for preliminary scans and fluid aspirates. We have blood chemistry and cbc machines. They allow us to run pre op, geriatric, critical care and routine blood work. We obtain results within 12 minutes to better treat your pets. We can run coag profiles, urinalysis, fecal exams, leukemia/aids test, and heartworm/lyme test immediately. We send to an outside lab for biopsies and any other more sophisticated tests. We perform many surgeries, including spays, castrations, declaws, cystotomies, tumor removals, as well as dental scaling, dental xrays, polishing and extractions. We refer to board certified specialists as needed, and provide follow up care according to their recommendations. We offer boarding for our clients' pets. All dogs are exercised 4-6 times daily. Cats enjoy a quiet room with a view away from the dogs.
Our Halloween Party was a great success. Thank You to everyone that attended. We raised some money for animals in need, from the generous donations; and had a lot of fun with our furry friends! We hope so see you there next year!
