I am attorney John J. Kerrigan, Jr. I represent adult and juvenile criminal defendants throughout southeastern Pennsylvania and in the federal courts of Pennsylvania. In mycareer, I have handled over 8500 cases, including 250 jury trials and over 1000 non-jury trials.
I have been helping people in trouble since 1972 people who need someone who will be on their side throughout the criminal process. My clients are a cross-section of the community. I have achieved positive results in several notable cases. These have included defending a client in the first DUI homicide by vehicle case tried in Pennsylvania. I alsoobtained the commutation of a life sentence for a first degree murder conviction byGovernor Edward G. Rendell. This was the first one in over 13 years.
