Beechwood is a community-integrated program for individuals with brain injury or other neurological disorders. The program provides a continuum of residential and rehabilitation services for medically stable adults, age 18 or older, who are in need of comprehensive, post-acute supports.
An affiliated program of Woods Services, Beechwood is located in Langhorne, Pennsylvania. Residential options range from campus-based homes to independent homes and apartments in the community. This continuum helps ensure the proper living environment for each individual.
A broad range of clinical therapeutic services and vocational services, as well as medical, nursing and case management supports distinguishes Beechwood as one of the premier east coast providers. Vocational and clinical services also are available on an outpatient basis. All rehabilitation plans are individualized, and each person is served by an interdisciplinary team of brain injury professionals.
The Pennsylvania State Department of Public Welfare licenses
Beechwood annually. Beechwood also holds a full accreditation through the Commission on the Accreditation of Rehabiltation Facilities (CARF) under the Medical Rehabilitation Division:
Brain Injury Programs. Recently, Beechwood was granted its fourth consecutive three-year accreditation.
