Professional Services has been in the telephone answering and messaging industry serving southeastern Pennsylvania and surrounding states for over 30 years.

Serving with efficiency the business and medical community answering through computerization, we realize no matter how modern the equipment, the selecting and training of our receptionists is priority.

Since our beginning over three decades ago was with only 7 local clients, we are still sensitive to the needs of an individual just starting out in a business where every call is of such importance. And since weve grown, and now serve hundreds of clients, large and small, we are able to customize accounts for any business such as property management facilities, couriers, home health care emergencies, medical practices, towing dispatch, elevator emergency lines, funeral directors, ambulance responses, insurance companies.

Also, to give back with appreciation and gratitude and to serve our local community, we answer a number of volunteer organizations at no cost.
