Attorney Stephen M. Misko has devoted his entire career to criminal justice. Mr. Misko began his career as a law enforcement officer in San Diego, California, and Baltimore, Maryland, before becoming a federal investigator for the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) and, later, the Department of Defense, Office of Inspector General.
After earning his law degree from Duquesne University in 1990, he served as a prosecutor in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and Western Pennsylvania for three years, before focusing his private practice exclusively on criminal defense.
