Thanks for visiting our website! Thanks for stopping by. You may be wondering who St. Stephen's is and what we're about. We are in many ways a big family. In addition to our pastors, our ministry teams also include the many people who work with kids, students, young adults, families, single moms, men and women--pretty much everyone! We are all these people. But what holds us together?
Our Vision: “God’s Grace. Changing Lives.”
God’s Grace. Jesus said he came for sinners, not righteous people (Matt 9.13). The Bible calls this undeserved love grace, and Jesus showed it most clearly on his cross. This is at the center of all we do. We’re a place for people whose lives are not all put together. It means honesty is allowed. It means it’s OK to laugh—and cry. And it means we love welcoming new people.
Changing Lives. When people discover the radical grace of Jesus Christ—that we’re loved, apart from what we do—something happens. As God works in us, wounds heal. Anxiety fades. Instead of feeling trapped, freedom grows. Instead of living for ourselves, we begin to live for others. And people find real community.
If you are in the Sewickley or Pittsburgh area, we encourage you to visit us at one of our many services—varying from a contemporary come-as-you-are service on Saturday evenings to traditional and contemporary services on Sunday morning, drawing on the riches of the Anglican tradition.

Whether you are simply investigating a place to call home or exploring how God cares not only for our souls, but for all the details of our individual lives, we can help you find answers at St. Stephen’s.

If you would like further information about St. Stephen’s Church please look around our website or call our church office at 412-741-1790 and we will be happy to speak with you.
We hope you’ll find this to be your community, a place where God’s grace can change your life.
