Any employee who has concerns related to safety or the quality of care provided at CGRC should contact his or her manager and/or
CGRCï¿*s Safety/Risk Manager.
You may also report any of safety or quality concern to the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO).
CGRC will take no disciplinary action because an employee reports safety or quality of care concerns to JCAHO.
Child Guidance Resource Centers (CGRC) is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO), and as an accredited organization, our programs and services are periodically surveyed by JCAHO. The purpose of the survey is to evaluate the CGRCï¿*s compliance with nationally established JCAHO standards. The surveys are used to determine whether, and the conditions under which, accreditation should be awarded the organization.
JCAHO standards deal with quality of care issues and safety. Any individual with concerns about client care and safety at CGRC should contact CGRC management. CGRC will make every effort to resolve concerns and ensure quality and safety. Any individual, whose concerns cannot be resolved through CGRC, may contact the Joint Commissionï¿*s Office of Quality Monitoring by either calling 1-800-994-6610 or emailing complaint@jcaho.org.
