Ambler Coal Company has been serving customers since
the early 1930s, when it was founded by Daniel Signore.
Originally a coal and masonry yard, the company was first
located at Maple & Oak streets in Ambler. Coal was picked
up daily and stored in the bins at the yard to be delivered to
the homes of local families. In the mid-1940s, heating oil
replaced coal as a more popular automatic heat source.

Daniel's son, Joseph, took over as president of the company
in the late 1950s. Ambler Coal was incorporated in 1977.
Today, with the help of hard-working employees and a loyal
and expanding customer base, the third and fourth generations
of the Signore family strive to provide our customers with the
best service within our operating area.

Located in Ambler, a suburb of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania,
the business consists of HVAC service and installation, home
heating oil delivery, and a masonry supply yard specializing in
plastering and stucco & stone veneer.

Our plastering and masonry supply yard carries and stocks a
full line of over 75 stucco colors, Dutch Quality Stone Veneer,
Evolution Stonecraft and Quarry Cut Natural Thin Stone Veneer,
a wide variety of tools, and all necessary materials for contractors
to successfully complete their jobs
