CJ BARBERS opened in March 1987. Originally known as the MALL BARBER SHOP, located at the Whitehall Mall, Whitehall, PA opened by Al Perelli in December 1966. I, JoAnn and current owner, worked for Al beginning in June of 1968, nearing the end of finishing Lehigh Barber College that was located at the corner of 6th and Linden Streets in Allentown.
Al owned the Barber Shop until 1982 when he sold it to Rocky Miller and he owned the shop until Charles Merlo and myself JoAnn Egner took over March 1987.
We pride ourselves on giving great haircuts, fast service in a friendly fun atmosphere.
We are great at all barber cuts, fades, long hair, short hair, flat tops, and we even SHAVE HEADS.
We are a fun shop and we love children - we have toys, lollipops and in the summer heat, freeze pops for the kids!
