Document & Records Storage Our records storage option features in-rack sprinkler protected records center storage as our base level of document protection, and is a good choice for your non-vital/non-historical paper records and/or those kept less than 10 years.

The next step up in physical security is Archive Vaults,we have three levels of protection, and even custom vaults. This is the ideal solution for vital or historical paper documents, and/or those kept more than 10 years.

Offsite Tape Storage
The Firelock Vault represents the ultimate in security for your sensitive electronic media. We have Firelock vaults at all locations.

Imaging and Scanning Information recorded on paper and other media can be converted by imaging and scanning into a variety of digital formats on a wide range of media. Voice transcriptions are also available, and for all text documents the transcript is checked at three levels for accuracy.

Shredding and Destruction
We make it easy, we come to you. Our shredding and destruction service can either come to your location with our mobile shredder or shred your documents, hard drives or electronic media at our plant. Our purpose is to dispose of your confidential information in a secure, seamless manner by thorough document destruction. We at Allstate information Management caution you not to place your personal or business documents in the trash where they can be obtained by anyone. Document destruction can save you thousands of dollars in potential legal exposure. Our operating rule is that if you are questioning whether to throw your confidential information in the trash or to have it shredded, JUST SHRED IT!

Remote Data Backup & Storage Solutions
