John J. Bartos is a member of the Northampton County and Pennsylvania Bars and has practiced in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania since 1974. He is a graduate of Mt. Saint Mary's College (B.S. 1971) and Duquesne University School of Law (J.D. 1974). He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Wealth Counsel, Elder Counsel, and the Pennsylvania Association of Elder Law Attorneys. His practice is focused on Medicaid Planning, Long Term Care Planning, multi-generational estate planning, wealth preservation, asset protection and strategies to legally reduce the size of one's taxable estate.
Mr. Bartos has produced a brochure entitled "The Consumer's Guide to Medicaid Planning and Division of Assets."
