Welcome to First Evangelical Lutheran Church
We are glad that you have found us! With this website you will get a glimpse of what we do in our life and ministry.
For over 100 years we have been blessed with a magnificient worship space in which God comes to us in His word, Jesus Christ, and through the sacraments of Holy Baptism and Holy Communion. Each Sunday morning, and whenever we worship, we are surrounded by the awesome presence and love of God.
Since God has blessed us in such wonderful ways the people of First Lutheran are committed to generously sharing Christ’s love with one another. Stephen Ministry, Project Share, Samaritan Fellowship, My Brother’s Table, Hope Station and our giving to our national church body, the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) are just a few of the ways our life and ministry reach beyond the walls of our beautiful edifice.
