- As mandated for Business Associates by the HIPAA HITECH Act, Target Systems is HIPAA compliant. Target Systems has a written HIPAA Privacy Plan, Security Plan, Breach Notification Plan, and trains all its employees working with health care information in HIPAA Privacy and Security Regulations.
- Target Systems currently has two Fully Qualified Navy Validators performing work for the Department of the Navy in the Information Assurance (IA) arena. Aside from the Navy, Target Systems currently conducts IA-related tasks for the Department of Defense, PA Department of Health, and a number of other government and commercial entities.
- As a development partner with First Wave Consulting, Target Systems currently utilizes the Wingman Knowledge Capture product in many of our customer solutions.
