At Fair Winds Manor, visitors are always welcome to tour our beautiful home and grounds located in a rural, spacious setting in Sarver, PA. Throughout Fair Winds, antiques and period furniture are used to enhance our home and to create a unique and comfortable environment. The lifestyle at Fair Winds Manor is one of freedom, elegance and dignity, while customer service is the highest priority of our staff and management team.
Our 30-bed Personal Care neighborhood offers private and semi-private rooms. All rooms have amenities available to meet the needs of each resident. Our accommodations offer security and privacy, yet freedom and dignity. The staff provides 24-hour supervision, while assisting each resident with nutrition, medication management, grooming assistance, and social planning. Residents enjoy dining in the Tavern on the Green Dining Room which features a panoramic view of the beautiful grounds. Our professional dietician plans and provides a variety of nourishing meals within the realm of special dietary needs.

We offer a range of services, including intravenous therapy, wound care, x-rays, a pharmacy and a laboratory. When a resident needs intermediate care, our staff provides supervision and assistance with bathing and feeding. Restorative programs help each resident reach his or her highest functional level. Programs such as ambulation, range of motion, communication, activities of daily living, and dining all help serve the needs of each resident.

At Fair Winds Manor, our Rehabilitation Team works with each resident to promote optimum levels of function and activity, and provides physical, occupational and speech therapy.
