Holsinger, Clark and Armstrong, P.C. is a law office located in Indiana, Indiana County, Pennsylvania. The firm was established in the 1930's by Edwin M. Clark, Sr. who went on to serve twelve years as the District Attorney for Indiana County, and twenty years as the President Judge of Indiana County.
Alan Holsinger, one of the original partners, practiced law in Indiana County for over forty years before his retirement in 2001. Edwin M. Clark Jr., a former recipient of Pittsburgh's Dapper Dan athletic award, and graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, and University of Pittsburgh School of Law, joined the firm in 1966. In 1981, John H. Armstrong, a former Pennsylvania State Trooper and counsel to the Pennsylvania State Police joined Mr. Holsinger and Mr. Clark resulting in the formation of the now recognized law firm of Holsinger, Clark & Armstrong P.C. Mr. Armstrong retired from the firm in 2008. In 1998 Michael T. Clark and Samuel H. Clark joined the firm, followed by the addition of Jennifer L. Szalkowski.
In addition to the many individuals and families represented, the firm presently represents a number of townships, boroughs, several school districts, developers, banks, coal companies, and numerous other companies, corporations and business associations. Main areas of practice for Holsinger, Clark and Armstrong include such areas of law as Family Law, Workers' Compensation, Criminal Law, Real Estate, Estate Law, Litigation, Business Law and Oil, Gas and Mineral Law.
