In 2010, Ferguson Law Associates will celebrate 50 years serving the legal needs of the Westmoreland County Community.
Established in 1960 by Richmond H. Ferguson, III, Esq, the firm became a true family concern in 1989 when Mr. Ferguson was joined in private practice by his son, Attorney Michael D. Ferguson, Esq. Over the next two years, Michaels brother Attorney Terrance C. Ferguson, Esq. and Michaels wife, Attorney Pamela H. Ferguson, Esq. both joined the firm.
In 2005, Ferguson Law Associates celebrated the grand opening of their new, state-of-the-art, law offices located at 400 Main Street, Latrobe, PA.

In March 2009, former Westmoreland County Assistant District Attorney Jason N. Huska joined the firm as an associate.
