Titan Fitness & Martial Arts is proud to serve the State College, Central Pennsylvania, and Penn State University communities as the area’s only full-time, full service martial arts, boxing, and fitness facility providing classes in mixed martial arts, Thai boxing, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, women’s kickboxing, youth Jeet Kune Do, Filipino martial arts, and boxing, as well as specialized fitness programs. We also offer personal and small group fitness and martial arts lessons to better suit your individual goals and schedules.
Titan Fitness & Martial Arts is proud to be partnered with Lionheart Fitness & Tanning in downtown State College creating an alliance between the areas premiere fitness & mixed martial arts operations.
Members benefit in number of ways:
- Central Pennsylvanias only mixed martial arts cage
- The areas only boxing ring
- Two sizable classrooms to accommodate multiple mixed martial arts, Thai boxing, kickboxing, and grappling/wrestling classes
- Heavy bags and other supplemental martial arts training equipment
- 20,000 square foot, state of the art fitness facility with the latest in cardiovascular and weight training equipment (no need to buy another fitness membership at another facility)
- Locker rooms complete with showers and sauna
- Located walking distance from the Penn State campus and downtown State College (no need to drive, find a ride, or buy a bus pass if you live in this area)
If you are interested in one of our programs, you first have the opportunity to participate in a free lesson. This gives you the chance to try out and evaluate the class prior to making any commitment. You may schedule your free lesson by calling (814) 235-1015 or by stopping into the gym. We accept beginners on an ongoing basis and can easily integrate you into a class that has already begun.
Mixed Martial Arts Instruction
MMA – Combat Submission Wrestling, a Street Practical Self Defense and Fighting Sport System emphasizing Boxing, Thai Boxing, and Submission Grappling Techniques
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu – Martial art, combat sport, and form of self-defense that focuses on grappling, especially ground fighting.
Filipino Martial Arts – Weapons-based martials arts style from the Philippines
Youth Jeet Kune Do – Develop physical and mental benefits through martial arts
Boxing & Kickboxing Instruction
Coed Boxing – Western Boxing with an emphasis on Practical Self Defense & Conditioning
Womens Kickboxing – Instruction in Thai Boxing
Thai Boxing – A practical form of kickboxing that uses kicks, punches, elbows, & knees
Elite Training – High intensity fitness program designed to increase fitness and athletic performance
Personal Training – Programs tailored to meet individuals’ health and fitness goals
Gym Memberships – Full use of all martial arts, boxing, and fitness training facilities
