Concession Booth Support: The Knights of Columbus need help in concession stands 7, 18, and 18a at Beaver Stadium for the Michigan State game on 27 November. Identification is required for all workers. Workers must be 16 or older. The concession booth revenues are the primary source of funds for council charities. High School Students can receive community service credit for work with the Knights. Kickoff time for the game is unknown. Workers should arrive 2 hours before kickoff so that we are ready when the gates open. If you have tickets for the game and would be willing to help at halftime, we could use your help during that rush. Call Lionel Bassett (238-7003) or Rich Szmolko (861-5376) if you can help.

K of C General Meeting: The Father OHanlon Council 4678 general meeting will start at 7:30 at the State College Council home on 10 November. The Rosary will be said at 7:15. Council members are encouraged to attend. TRhis will be the only meeting for the month of November

Knights of Columbus Scholarship Program: Again this year the Knights of Columbus will be awarding scholarships to children of Knights of Columbus members. The state program awards $3000 to two winners in the Diocese. Our local council also offers one $500 scholarship to a child or grandchild of a member of the local council.
