Who We Are:
BALPH, NICOLLS, MITSOS, FLANNERY & CLARK is a full-service law firm serving the needs of Lawrence County, Pennsylvania and the surrounding area. The experience level of the Firm’s attorneys ranges from 10 to over 50 years of legal experience. Representing people and entities regarding business organizations, including partnerships, limited partnerships, corporations, and limited liability companies;

Representing lenders, creditors and related entities in secured transactions and bankruptcy matters;

Providing estate planning and probate services, including the preparation of Wills and Trusts and the probate of Estates;

Representing parties in domestic relations and family law matters, including divorce, custody, child support and related matters, as well as the preparation of prenuptial, separation and property settlement agreements.
