Tennessees BBQ and Grill is the newest quick service casual restaurant in the Levittown area. The restaurant prides itself on its high quality ingredients that are prepared fresh daily. The choice meats, including chicken, ribs, pork, wings, and beef brisket are dry rubbed and marinated in a proprietary rub (spices) for up to 24 hours. They are then placed in the Southern Pride Smoker where they are roasted slowly over low heat for up to 14 hours using a blend of hickory, cherry, and apple woods. To finish them up, they are then basted in Tennessees award winning sauces, sweet Strawhouse, spicy Brickhouse, and tangy Woodhouse.
Tennessees also distinguishes itself from other quick casual restaurants by offering a full service bar, which complements the flavor of barbeque perfectly.
