Presbyterian Church A Bible Believing Family Church
A ministry of the Orthodox Presbyterian Church
We are delighted that you have chosen to visit our website today. We hope that you will find it "user-friendly", and that it will provide you with a proper introduction to our church. Feel free to browse... and if you should have any questions that aren't answered here, please don't hesitate to contact us for more information. Better still, why not come and worship with us and let us introduce ourselves to you.
Living Hope was begun in February 1990, with several people meeting together to seek God's direction concerning the start of a new church in the Lehigh Valley. While there were several good churches in the area, these people had a vision of a church with practical Bible teaching and an exciting and relevant worship service that stood in the Reformed and Presbyterian tradition. Don't let those words alarm you: "Reformed" means that we hold to the doctrines of Scripture as they were confirmed in the Reformation, and "Presbyterian" indicates our commitment to church government by elders (or "presbyters").
In addition to our Sunday worship services, we have Sunday School classes from pre-K through adults, "Family Night" each Wednesday, as well as various other ministries. We hope and pray that you will take the time to get to know us better...and give us the opportunity to get to know you and serve you as well.
