The word yoga means "to join together" or "yoke". Yoga is a lifestyle and philosophy which is meant to bring a practitioner into a state of vibrant health using physical postures (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama), and internal awareness (meditation). Yoga is ultimately about living in the moment with an "OPEN HEART" and a clear mind.
