Welcome to Sugarbush Nursery! We are a small, family-owned nursery specializing in native plants for residential landscapes in southeastern PA. We also practice and promote organic and clean-air gardening.
For 2010, we've added an initial line-up of native trees, to complement our stock of native perennials (over 200 varieties!) and native shrubs.
This year we also have a strong focus on vegetables, and have an amazing selection of organic seeds and organically-grown vegetable transplants. Eating close to home is a growing movement that we are happy to be a part of!

We are proud members of PASA, the Pennsylvania Association for Sustainable Agriculture.

Our specialty is helping homeowners choose the best plants for their landscape - whether they're novice gardeners, or seasoned pros. We do this through providing thorough information about each plant we carry, and talking with customers individually about their particular situation.
We grow and/or care for our plants using only organic methods - so plants are healthier, and ready to take off in your garden. We encourage you to start gardening organically, if you're not already, and experience the difference in the health of your soil and plants! We carry organic soil amendments, fertilizers, and weed and pest controls to complement our plants, and are happy to give advice.
NEW TO GARDENING? Bring in some pictures or a sketch of your garden (remember dimensions!) and we'll be happy to advise you on plants that will be just right!
NEVER BEEN HERE BEFORE? We're easy to find! We are located on Rt. 10, between Reading and Morgantown, about 5 miles north of the Morgantown exit of the PA Turnpike (Rt. 76), in Plowville.
