Bringing the healing touch of the Shepherd's hand to our community.
without a shepherd.
So He began teaching them many things.
We respect each person where he or she is emotionally, relationally, and spiritually.
We work with each individual to reach his or her goals for counseling.
We value Scripture, prayer, and trusting relationships as integral components in the counseling process.
We believe that Christ-centered counseling can help bring healing, holiness, and wholeness to wounded lives and relationships.
We strive to make our services available to all. In addition to fees for service, we accept insurance, and sponsorship by the individual's church, employer, or others with an interest in the client. Our Compassionate Care Fund helps clients receive counseling on a sliding fee scale.
Shepherd's Touch Can Help You...
We would love to help you gain victory over spiritual or emotional challenges. We treat depression and anxiety every day. We have specialized counseling for childhood, adolescent, and adult issues, including sexual abuse and eating disorders.
We conduct career testing, as well.
At Shepherd's Touch, relationships are our specialty. We welcome families, couples, single parents, step-families, and those divorced, widowed, or engaged to be married. We will help you resolve issues and conflicts. We will teach you tools to maximize any relationship.
If your answer to one or more of these questions is yes, then you are a perfect candidate for the Christian counseling provided by Shepherd's Touch.
Is my marriage suffering?
Am I unsure how to parent my children?
Do I feel so overwhelmingly sad that it interferes with my daily activities?
Do I obsess over food, my weight and appearance?
Do I feel disillusioned with God?
Do I need help making a decision?
Am I engaged to be married?
Is my blended family not getting along?
Am I grieving over a loss?
Do I wish I had better communication skills?
Is my child or teen struggling?
Do I need career guidance?
Do I have a problem that is overwhelming me?
If you decide that you do need counseling, it does not necessarily mean you have a mental illness, it means that you are human and like all humans you have problems, and there is hope for you! We at Shepherd's Touch believe that just about anyone can benefit from Christ-centered counseling.
