Come, relax, and enjoy a bit of history in Cornwall. Iron Ore was mined and cannons and ammo were made here for the Revolutionary Army.
The original section of this house was built around 1890, when iron ore was the reason for Cornwall. The Coleman and Freeman families were the only owner until 1955. At that time, the Cornwall Borough School District purchased it and the McCleary family moved in. The current owners are a part of that heritage.
Since the beginning, there have been at least three additions and numerous structural changes. Recently the entire house was refurbished, enlarged again, and central air-conditioning was added.
The second floor of the original section contains the four guest bedrooms; two of which have private bath and two share a bath. The first floor has numerous sitting, reading, TV & game, and dining rooms for your pleasure. Eat breakfast in the new spacious dining area or the adjacent shaded screened porch.
Walk the surrounding fields, enjoy the area. Your hosts will do everything they can to make your stay comfortable and memorable.
