Crockett Log & Timber Homes has been in business since 1973 with over 4,500 Log Homes, Timber Frame Homes and SIP (Structural Insulated Panels) Homes delivered nationwide. Crockett is proud to be a leader in business and environmental ethics; with full disclosure written pricing, structurally engineered stamped construction documents, and proven energy efficient building systems. Crockett Log, Timber Frame and SIP Homes are offered for sale by independent Regional and Local Authorized Crockett Dealers; who also offer installation services by separate contract.
Crockett Shell Material Packages can be sold and delivered nationwide. All construction documents are to local & state building code regulations and requirements. Crocketts 10 Year Warranty covers materials manufactured by Crockett: Wall Logs, Timbers, Log Siding, and Timber Frames. Materials manufactured by others are covered by those manufacturers warrantees. A complete copy of all manufacturers warrantees is provided to the homeowner at the time of signing the Crockett Package Contract.
The Design Process goal is to help you, the homeowner, get the home you want through a simple three step process to allow you and your builder to keep the project within budget. We like to think of the Design Team as consisting of the Homeowner, the Builder, the Architectural Designer, and the Structural Engineer. The Standard Design Phase includes: Preliminary Plans (elevations, floor plans, generic foundation, cross-sections); Secondary Plans (marked up revisions, more details, framing plans, electrical layout etc); and, Final Construction Documents (fully detailed with structural engineers stamp) Note: In complicated designs and or unsure direction, Crockett offers Concept Drawings before Preliminary Plans (floor plans and / or one or two elevations)
Your Independent Crockett Dealer is familiar with Crockett Packages, building systems, and standard design phases; and can work with you, the homeowner, on the many facets of the building process and serves as a direct link to the Crockett Regional Office to expedite the process. Your Dealer is at all Crockett deliveries to check and count material on your behalf and communicate any discrepancies for quick resolution. Most Dealers offer local general contracting services. Many Dealers offer travel crew installation services for Crockett specialized materials: Logs, Timbers, Timber Frames, and Structural Insulated Panels (SIP) etc; some Dealers offer travel crew installation services for the complete Crockett Shell Material Packages.
