Our exterior restoration services encompass installation, maintenance and repair of metal roofing, slate roofing, tile roofing and rubber roofing. Deitzel Brothers also provides complete chimney restorations in addition to installation, maintenance and repair of old style spouting. We have developed a reputation for custom wood work and ornamental metal work (metal restoration) for your vintage Pennsylvanian home or commercial structure.
A new or restored metal or slate roof means much more than simply the elimination of costly leaks and improved aesthetics. It is an investment in the long term value of your home or building. Our speciality metal roofing services allow for resoration of old metal roofs. We maintain several roofs that are well over 100 years old. If your metal roof cannot be retored, we recommend installation of a totally soldered flat seam roof or a vintage double lock standing seam style “tin" roof system. For new installations, Deitzel Brothers recommends using Terne II (an improved tin), terne coated stainless steel, of copper.
We provide a few products that can be used to restore and enhance your vintage residence or building such as custom fabricated chimney caps (copper, terne coated stanless steel, or galvanized steel), and vintage style storm and screen doors. Our products feature class styling with modern construction and are available in a variety of standard sizes and custom features.
