Welcome to Friendship Ridge! Since 1959, our staff has served the short-term and long-term skilled nursing and rehabilitative needs of residents of Beaver County, Pennsylvania and surrounding areas with an uncommon level of knowledge, professionalism, dedication, empathy and kindness.

We employ a comprehensive continuum of care by utilizing an interdisciplinary team approach, where residents and their families are equally involved in developing each residents own individual care plan. Friendship Ridges aggressive and highly personalized individual treatment plans enable most short-term patients to reach their goals quickly, so they can regain their independence and successfully transition back to their homes.
