In order to develop and engineer the "wow" factor that the SunGard Availability Services Client Conference needed, CCFV orchestrated a panoramic framing and image progression presentation. Visuals moved accross successive screens with keywords reinforcing the conference theme, "Gaining the Competitive Edge".

This theme was also reflected in a series of sports and competition venues, including a reception area, an exhibit hall and the meeting room itself.

Our client came to us with the daunting challenge of creating several video modules that would be shown on seven large projection screens. The goal was to engage the audience through the presentations relying solely on visuals and text images. The other hurdle was to produce the playback elements in odd aspect ratios to fit a complex set design. The result was a dynamic, high energy event.
