BETHLEHEM REHABILITATION SPECIALISTS is a private out-patient rehabilitation facility established in 1984 by Harold Millman, PT,DPT,OCS. The practice is dedicated to providing quality, individualized, one-on-one physical and occupational therapy services in a private setting. Located in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, our offices are just one mile from the route 512/Center Street exit of Route 22.

Patients are fully evaluated by our therapists after Physician, Dental or self referral. Individualized treatment programs are developed based on the evaluation findings and physician recommendations. We believe well educated patients can play a major role in managing their own problems and every patient is instructed in self-care and a home exercise program. Patient status, goal planning, pain and function are continually re-evaluated to fascilitate and enhance the recovery process.

Referrals are made to our practice for evaluation and treatment of neurologic, orthopaedic, myofascial and craniofascial problems. Common referral mechanism include the offices of orthopaedists, general practitioners, rheumatologists, neurologists, neurosurgeons, dentists, general surgeons, oral surgeons, podiatrists, physiatrist, family doctors and rehab nurses.

Goals of treatment include pain relief, restoration of function and resumption of activity levels. Goal planning is completed in consultation with referring physicians and the patient. Regular quality assurance assessments and functional confidence surveys are completed to help fine tune the therapists treatment program and approaches.
