Welcome to Persona Day Spa INC - Beauty & Wellness Center! Choosing the right spa is a personal matter. It's important to feel a sense of trust and rapport with your spa therapy team. At Persona our staff has the training, certification and experience to provide you with the highest quality treatments available.

DirectionsPersona is located on Eichelberger Street in the new Remax Plaza, across from the North Hanover Mall. Dairy Queen and Super Shoes are located on the same side of the street as Persona. If you need further assistance, please call 717-646-8261.
HoursAll working hours are by appointment only. We have available hours 7 days a week and on most holidays.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to unwind and prepare for your spa service. A late arrival may result in an adjustment in your service as we do not want to be late for our next guest.
SchedulingOur staff can assist you in choosing which services are best for you. We respectfully request a 24 hour notice when canceling any appointment. A fee will be assessed when proper notice is not given.

What to WearComfortable clothing and little jewelry is suggested. Our staff is trained in the art of proper draping for discretion and privacy. Our guests comfort level in disrobing is greatly respected. We provide lockers, robes, slippers and other accessories for your convience.
Cell Phones & PagersWe appreciate all cell phones and pagers to be turned off prior to entering the spa as they are disturbing to others.

ChildrenWe adore children, but for the safety of your child and to be courteous to our spa guests in search of relaxation, we request that you do not bring children under 4 years of age into Persona unless they are receiving a treatment.

We appreciate at least one week in advance for parties and packages. Same day appointments and emergency appointments are offered upon availability.

PaymentWe accept all major credit cards. Credit cards are required for all reservations of multiple spa services. All charge backs or returned checks are subject to a $35.00 fee. Ask about our VIP club discounts!

GratuitiesThe industry average is between 15% - 20% but left at your discretion. However, your personal recommendation to family, friends and co-workers is the ultimate compliment.
Gift CertificatesPlease review Gift Certificate Terms and Conditions below that govern the purchase, use and redemption of gift certificates purchased at Persona Day Spa INC

Gift certificates have no cash value
Persona reserves the right to refuse service or reverse any gift certificate purchase for any reason and return funds to the purchaser
RedeemingGift certificates are only redeemable at Persona for the amount specified on the gift certificate, by the expiration date indicated. Persona reserves the right to convert service-based gift certificates to their cash value, equivalent to what was paid for the gift certificate, at its option and sole discretion. Non Refundable. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
If the purchase exceeds the amount listed on the gift certificate, the redeemer is responsible for paying the difference at time of purchase.
