The academy is headed by Master Rothrock with 40 years of experience and has a staff of expert back belt instructors. The main system of Kung Fu that we teach is Northern Eagle Claw, which comprises a comprehensive Self Defense program, Traditional Kickboxing, Basics and Routines. Tai Chi starts with the 24 Posture Yang style and you can graduate to the 108 Yang Style, Wu Style Tai Chi, Tai Chi Self Defense and Tai Chi Pushing Hands for a complete Tai Chi Training Program. Special Beginner Classes makes getting started easy. Classes are separated by level of experience and age... and geared toward today's modern lifestyle.
