BNZ Materials manufactures, and is a worldwide supplier of a range of specialty industrial insulations for petrochemical, electrical, aluminum, steel, ovens, glass, furnace, ceramics, fire protection and other industries. Our Marinite/Transite and CS85 non-asbestos calcium silicate structural insulations have been manufactured continuously at Billerica, Massachusetts for over 60 years. BNZ Insulating Fire Brick have been manufactured continuously at Zelienople, Pennsylvania for over 60 years and our BNZ s.a. plant in Plemet, France has been in operation for more than 70 years.

BNZ produces thirteen types of insulating Fire Brick (IFB) for use in applications from 2,000 F (1,093 C) to 3,200 F (1,760 C). Each type is formulated to meet specific thermal and physical requirements and after firing is machines to precise tolerances.

BNZ manufactures a variety of non-asbestos calcium silicate structural insulations that combine high strength and excellent thermal insulating characteristics for use in a variety of heat processing, fire protection and electrical resistance applications.

BNZ Materials manufactures a series of FireBrick products in our Plemet France location. Our BNZ s.a. Grades include RI 23, RI 23 B, Calor A, Calor B, Calor CA and Calor 26 and 26 B.
