Well you're not alone
And you could receive your Tax Refund Money in a matter of hours through a Refund Anticipation Loan. This is an official bank loan that allows you to receive all or part of your 2007 Tax Refund almost immediately.
There are several options available and the fastest way possible is through an Instant Refund Anticipation Loan. This is only for TaxPayers who are receiving at least a $2500 Federal Income Tax Refund. If you are, you may be entitled to receive up to $1000 in minutes and the balance in a day or two. If you are receiving less than $2500 you may still enjoy receiving your money in a day or two. It's incredibly easy and requires only a small amount of your time.

We'll send you info on exactly how to receive your Income Tax Money Fast and what you'll need to have with you to be approved.

Due to a belated act of Congress your Tax Refund may be significantly delayed this year!!!!
It's hard to believe and I honestly cannot help to think that this situation is directly linked to some political agenda; nonetheless, it's really happening. Congress passed new laws on the Alternate Minimum Tax (AMT) that will affect Millions of TaxPayers this year and you might be one of them. The IRS is now in the process of creating an AMT Patch to accommodate the new laws and if your Tax Return requires select forms relating to the AMT you will need to wait and file your Taxes after the patch has been completed.

All Taxpayers Who Normally File Early In The Tax Season And Normally Get Back Large Refund Checks From Uncle Sam, NEED TO READ THIS REPORT!!!!

DID YOU KNOW THAT YOU COULD GO TO JAIL?

YES that's correct!!! The Government has the power to put you in jail and levy huge fines against you if you failed to file your Income Tax Return in a timely fashion.
This issue is much more common than most Americans realize as there are millions of taxpayers in the United States who cannot pay their taxes. In some cases its negligence or procrastination. In other instances it is financial misfortune. And unfortunately this problem is often the result of fear and confusion. Don't feel bad if certain aspects of the process of filing your Income Tax Return are confusing to you as you are not alone in any way, shape or form. Most Americans share this same difficulty and one of the biggest and most dangerous bits of innocent ignorance is the simple truth that failure to file your taxes is illegal and punishable by fines and imprisonment, but failure to pay your taxes is not.
OK I know I probably threw you for a loop with that one, so let me explain. The United States Government, under the Constitution cannot drag any and every citizen off to jail simple because they cannot pay all or part of their taxes even if the money is legitimately owed. This is not only a highly questionable activity for a free democracy, but it is also quite impractical as well. Prisoners in jail cannot make money. For example, from a strictly practical stand point, all citizens are worth more to our Government if they are free to work and contribute.
Now Failure to file your Taxes is a totally different issue. Consider this, is it fair that you must file your Tax return every year before the deadline, yet several other Americans do not? Obviously this is not fair. In addition, the Filing of Taxes in a timely manner is the only way that our Government can Budget for expenses. I am well aware that huge amounts of our taxes are wasted, but despite this setback, our Government functions on a Budget and timely filing is a major contributor to this budget. For these reasons and others, failure to file your Tax return in a timely manner is illegal and very dangerous.
Protect yourself and your affairs. Get your Taxes filed on time even if you cannot pay. There are several options available to you if you cannot pay and our office can help you deal with a new debt you might have with the IRS and we can help you with old debts. Remember The paying of your taxes has options; the filing of your Taxes is absolute. Get it done, ON TIME!!!!!

ARE YOU IN NEED OF MONEY RIGHT NOW???

You may not be aware of just how quickly and easily you could have your Income Tax Refund in your hands ready to use.
I want to explain something to you first that is a common misconception. The IRS does not give refunds to some people faster than they do to others. The IRS has a strict schedule that they follow. Anyone who tells you that they can get the IRS to speed up this process is lying through their teeth or they really don't know how the process works.
However, there is a perfectly legal and easy way that you might be able to receive your money in as little as a day. In fact, you might even be able to collect it that very same day you file your Taxes. Maybe you've already experienced this service, but I want you to have a basic understanding of what really happens and how it can help you.
If you've ever received your Income Tax Refund in a day or so after filing, what you really received was loan money from a bank in the form of a Refund Anticipation Loan (RAL). If you need your money fast, this is a fantastic service that you always want to ask for. Not only do you receive your Tax refund faster, but all your Preparation Fees can be paid for through your refund, so you need NO money to file your Taxes. There are several requirements to qualify for this service and we can help, just call or Email us at tax@randrtaxservices.com.

Don't Be Embarrassed Feel Free To Ask as you desire to get your questions answered!!!

ARE YOU CERTAIN THAT YOUR PRIVACY IS BEING PROTECTED?

Are you aware that your Privacy rights could have been violated several times over the past years and you have not even thought to be concerned?
Let's get right down to it!!! Tax Preparers are bound by strict Privacy regulations. Not only does the Federal Government require Tax Preparers to following strict rules of conduct in handling your Personal and Professional Tax Related Information, but all of the information you provide to the Tax Preparer and all forms and documents the Tax Preparer creates or completes on your behalf is and always will be your personal property.
Are you honestly certain that your Tax Preparer is keeping your personal information safe and secure?
Remember, the Tax Preparer can keep copies and records of all your affairs, but this information is always yours and yours alone. Additionally, your Tax Preparer is required by law to keep your records safe and secure. This information should never be shared with outsiders without your express permission. In fact, you have the right to request that your Tax Preparer does not discuss your affairs with the IRS until checking with you.
Now, if you can honestly say you trust the person or company handling your Tax Affairs, you should have no problem with him/her discussing details with the IRS as needed. I mean This is what you pay this person/company for To deal with the IRS so you do not have too. This is perfectly fine Just make certain your faith in this person(s) is well founded!!! And remember, this information is yours and yours alone!!!!

That's correct IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG, YOU AND YOU ALONE WILL BE HELD LIABLE NO MATTER WHAT!!!!!
It's often a common misconception and with all the incredible claims and guarantees and fancy slogans and outrages offers, it's so easy to misinterpret the simple and honest truth of how the Tax Laws work. It's true; someone else may handle your Tax Related Affairs. It's true; someone else might deal with the IRS on your behalf. It's also true, that someone else may be responsible for an error made on your Tax Return, but you will always be held responsible for every detail no mater who did it, no matter where it was done, and no matter why it happened.
Most Tax Preparers claim to be willing to correct any errors and make all necessary corrections, but it is a painful reality that when something does go wrong you will discover that this correction is not always handled as well as it should. I cannot tell you how many of my new clients were motivated to request my services simple because of a minor error that ended up causing them all kinds of pain and agony. Often the most painful and stressful situations are created by a simple mistake or a minor oversight, yet even though you may not be charged extra money, you are not compensated for your time, headaches, or for the personal stress that is caused.
I will not offer specific details, but I can say that most of the problems I hear about are caused by some of the organizations that are considered extremely reputable. It really does stand to reason that organizations that hire numerous temporary staff members have serious issues when it comes to technicalities. It really does stand to reason, because the Tax Law is nothing but a huge set of technicalities, therefore temporary staff members will often not have the experience, training, or desire to delve into a specific detail to really understand what's happening. Furthermore, I know this is going to sound crazy, but it is true. The same basic problems can often come from seasoned and experienced accountants and CPAs. Ironically, temporary staff lacks knowledge and motivation, but experienced Tax Preparers often become numb to some of the details after years of tolerating the technicalities and they can simply overlook a number of issues due to neglect.
So here's the tax tip Be particular!!! Don't blindly trust anyone or any company until you've had a chance to evaluate them closely. A good sign is someone who is willing to just talk with you about your affairs for a short time. And if someone seems to know everything all the time, the sad truth is that often their confidence comes from ignorance. I've dealt with a number of individuals with vast knowledge to share and offer, but believe me, they are few in comparison to the number of people and organizations providing Tax preparation Services.
I do not know everything and I NEVER will. The phrases, I don't know and I will research that topics are fantastic signs of a diligent preparer. I use them often with pride and they are the base requirement towards the gathering of knowledge. If you've got a problem or have had a problem that is yet to be resolved with your Tax related Affairs, feel free to give me a call at 368-1987 or Email at rob@randrtaxservices.com. Don't wait!!!

Perhaps you already E-file, perhaps you send by Paper Return, but do you actually know which way is the best????
I hear numerous comments about this issue and there is so much scuttle-bucket going round most of which comes from average people who don't really know. First, lets discuss an obvious, yet often overlooked painful reality. LIFE DOES NOT OFFER GUARANTEES!!! I'm very sorry, but it's true. No matter what you do, no matter how hard you try, no matter where you go, life carries a certain amount of risk that cannot be avoided.
Now that I have gotten that fact out in the opened, let's talk about which way works best. Paper Filing was how we did it in the past ,although quite honestly, we did not have any other choice. Today, we have the option to E-File or Paper File, but these choices are more closly related than you might think. Paper Filing Always safer, right?

!!!!!WRONG!!!!!

I know that you might think Paper Filling is safer, but consider how Paper returns are done. First they are sent in the mail, which is fairly secure. Then that return is opened at an office in the IRS. This means people handle your Paper return. And notice I used the word people pertaining to more than one person. One Third of our working citizen's are employed by the government in some capacity and the IRS employees are a nice group of these people and your Paper Return goes through multiple hands.
NOW What happens to your Paper Return after it has been received by the IRS? Well It is entered in the very same computer system as all the E-File Returns. Think about it The IRS is computerized, for better or for worse, it's just a fact of life in the modern world. ALL IRS TAX RETURNS ARE STORED AND PROCESSED WITHIN THE SAME COMPUTER SYSTEM!!!
OK Now that you understand that fact consider something else. When you E-File, you choose who will enter your data into the system. This provides you with a little added control. NEXT E-Filers send their data via a secured computer link either directly to the IRS computer or to an IRS Authorized Transmitter who then sends the data to the IRS.
And remember, E-Files are secured data on a computer. It's just 1s and 0s. No one actually looks at the data unless they have cause or reason, such as if you call the IRS with questions.
So Let's sum up!! Paper Returns end up in the same place, but E-Filing is faster and offers added control. Both methods depend on the same computer and security systems. Yet, E-Filing offers you reduced hassles, faster approval, and faster refunds. You need not pay your Tax until the end of the Tax Season. And E-Filing identifies a large number of minor errors and typos in advance, which can be rapidly corrected and resubmitted.
It really is a no brainer. E-FILE!!! It's easier, safer, more reliable, and it is how the IRS is now doing business. Want to know more, E-mail your questions to my office. Make certain to include your contact info!!!!

Already Then You should be officially tired from all this reading!!!! My fingers are ready to scream from all this typing.
