Thank you for visiting Woodhaven Mobile Home Park's website. We are a 100 site, 55-acre mobile home park in Northwestern Pennsylvania near the city of Erie in Greene Township. We pride ourselves in being a family oriented, country park with woodlands, fields and 2 ponds.
The original owners Margaret and Walter Kuhl started building the park in 1972. Homes started moving in the park in 1973. Some of the first tenants are still here!! The current owners, Shane and Judith Kosterman, bought the park from her parents in 1984. The Kostermans have continued to make improvements and additions through the years and take pride in this community.
Our local elementary, middle and high school are on a combined campus 2.5 miles down the road on Route 8. The school district continues to make upgrades to their technology and education programs continuing to make it an excellent choice.
