George Hill Sr. started selling business forms for Uarco Business Forms, a worldwide printing company in 1948. After almost 30 years he retired from Uarco and started George Hill Systems in 1978. His experience and desire to sell business forms using his own resources motivated the business success along with his reputation that had long been established to the business communities in Berks and Schuylkill Counties. In the 1980s he sold mostly business forms and filing & storage systems. George Jr and brother Don got involved in 1984 and 85, before Dad retired in 1988. The business quickly grew during the 80s and 90s and expanded the lines of printing available to include: forms, folders, labels, brochures, envelopes, signs, books, advertisements, cards, stock computer paper, typsetting and design.
