Clearco Products, for over 50 years, has been providing pure silicones fluids (dimethylpolysiloxanes), silicone oils, silicone emulsions, NSF/USDA H1 food grade silicones, silicone lubricants in bulk, silicone aerosols and sprays, silicone thread lubricants, silicone wax sewing thread finishes, sewing/cutting room lubricants, silicone vacuum pump fluids, silicone damping fluids, silicone hydraulic fluids, silicone mold release agents, paintable silicones, water based silicones, silicone greases, silicone compounds, and heat transfer fluids.
Our Pure Silicone Fluids, 100% dimethyl silicones, are available from a range of 5cSt. to 100,000 cSt. Also included in our pure silicone product line are high-temperature silicone bath fluid and silicone O-Ring lubricants. These high performance fluids are chemically inert, perform well at high and low temperatures, and demonstrate excellent resistance to oxidation and evaporation. Clearco Silicones possess excellent lubricity characteristics and are especially useful as release agents for plastic, foam, rubber and glass. Our pure silicones are a cost effective alternatives to Dow Corning® 200 silicones, Dow Corning® 210H Bath Fluid, and Dow Corning® 510, 550 & 710 phenyl fluids and GE SF96 silicones.
Clearco Silicone Lubricants are formulated for a wide variety of industries. Our Food Grade Silicones meet NSF/USDA H1 Specifications for incidental contact with food. They are used in some of the largest Food Processing, Food Packaging and Bottling plants in the world. We formulate a full line of Silicone Thread Lubricants and Silicone Wax Thread Finishes for the Thread Manufacturing, Sewing, Apparel and Textile industries.
Clearco provides a full line of Adhesive Sprays. Applications include bonding foam-to-foam and foam-to-fabric for the Apparel/Textile industries. Other applications include providing temporary adhesives and removable adhesives for silk screeners and embroiderers. High temperature adhesives for auto headliners and label adhesives are also available.
