Discover how to help prevent injury on your team while also keeping players motivated. This seminar covers basic strength and conditioning principles and the most efficient way to prepare your athletes for peak performance during their season. Learn specific training strategies to prevent lower body injuries such as knee and ankle sprains. (Coaches manual provided.) The session also includes specific speed and agility drills. Ankle and knee bracing product demonstration by National Rehab.
