Nugent’s is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center conveniently located in Hermitage, Pennsylvania. Family-owned and operated since 1958, Nugent’s has been a caring member of the community and has grown to provide a wide range of care needs. Our professional management’s goal is to ensure the highest functional well being of each resident. In addition to skilled and rehabilitation nursing services, Nugent’s has a designated unit to meet the special needs of residents with Alzheimer’s and other memory disorders.
