I am Lynn, the owner of Lynn Marting Personal Care Home Consulting, Inc. My service provides counseling on the difference and direction of Personal Care Homes, Assisted Living Centers, Independent Living Centers, Skilled Nursing Home Care, Alzheimer and Dementia Units, Continuing Care Centers, Residential Communities and Life Care Centers.

There is no need to worry for I will guide you from the very beginning throughout the entire process to make sure that your loved one is placed in a safe and secure environment. Potential residents are matched to those homes that are suitable and tailored to meet their needs. All questions are answered as to what direction and what options are available. My mission is to educate families in order for them to make informed decisions with the right choice. Families meet with me personally in their own home or hospital setting or wherever they may choose so that a good evaluation and complete assessment can be made. We discuss specifics on what homes may be most fitting. However, the choice is always that of the family and or resident.
