Karen Stoner, CMT of A Caring Touch: Massage Therapy has been providing Massage Therapy Services to the State College Area since 2003. During that time, her therapy has helped people relieve the pain of injuries, stress, car accidents, and body discomfort, as well as maintain good bodily and mental health. Many different forms of Massage are offered to meet the many different needs of every person. From Therapeutic techniques such as Deep Tissue and Trigger Point Therapy, to more relaxing techniques such as Swedish and Hot Stone Massage; plus with specialized therapeutic needs such as Sports and Fibromyalgia Massage, there is a form of massage therapy available for everyone's needs, and Karen is fully certified in every form of massage that she offers. Additionally, Karen is one of the few Massage Therapists in Centre County who specializes in Prenatal and Infant Massage, and offers Infant Massage Classes for parents who want to learn how to use massage therapy’s benefits for their own children.
