Momentum Therapeutics (formerly Greenville Physical Therapy Clinic) was the first privately owned outpatient physical therapy clinic in the Greenville area. It was established in 1984 by Frank Marrapese, P.T. at its current location of 41 6th Ave. across from Hempfield Station One's party center. A 3300 square foot gym and aquatic center was added in 1991 in response to the area's need for nearby aquatic therapy.

The staff has grown from a one person operation to 13 professional and supportive staff members. On average, staff members have been at Momentum for nearly 13 years. The professional staff has a diverse background and education. Continuing education courses are attended to keep the staff on the "cutting edge" of their profession.
The atmosphere in our facility is comfortable, friendly and relaxed. We believe that physical therapy should be a positive (even enjoyable) experience, and do everything we can to make it so.
