My name is Randy Hoff. I started Harmony Paving in 1988 after many years of working with asphalt. Harmony Paving Co., Inc. is located in Warren County, NJ. We serve Warren County, Hunterdon County, Morris County and Sussex County.
My wife Laura and I work together in Harmony Paving Co., Inc. Laura runs the office and I work in the field with my crew every day. We employ a crew of professional workers, each of whom are long time employees. Together, we bring to each job over 60 years of combined knowledge. My crew was selected for their talent and professionalism. All equipment is modern, state of the art, and well maintained.
I have always enjoyed working outdoors and with heavy equipment. As a paving contractor, I derive satisfaction from enhancing property both aesthetically and functionally. My business philosophy has always been to provide consistently high quality work at a reasonable price. I feel that the only way to achieve lasting success is to be knowledgeable, fair, hard working, and honest.
I personally oversee each job, as well as estimates in the evenings. Our business has grown immensely over the years. Our goal is the same as yours: to provide an attractive, well-built driveway at a reasonable price.
Harmony Paving Co., Inc. also provides a full service maintenance company for seal coating, striping, hot tar, etc. We also provide a "Your New Driveway" owners manual with each new driveway.
