Our new office is located in the Lionville Professional Center near the corner of Routes 113 and 100 in Lionville.
We understand that some people are uncomfortable with dental treatment, and that's why we try to make your visit a pleasant experience. Each treatment room is equipped with cable TV and headphones for your enjoyment. You can also watch a DVD or listen to a CD and relax with a pillow during treatment.
Our new, high-technology, digital X-ray system allows us to more accurately diagnose while delivering one-quarter of the radiation released by traditional X-ray systems. This makes our office a safer environment for you. In addition, we can take one X-ray for an overall view of your entire mouth (Panoramic film) instead of 18-20 small X-rays traditionally used in dental offices in the past. To you, this means less radiation, less time, and much more comfort.
Our laser cavity-detection system identifies cavities early and painlessly. Early discovery of decay allows for quicker, more comfortable dental visits. In most cases, novocaine is not even necessary.
With the aid of a chairside computer monitor and an intraoral camera, you can see what the doctor is seeing. We can show you a sharp, close-up view of a small area inside your mouth!
Dr. Mackey has incorporated this technology into a new office specially designed for optimal patient care. You can use almost any insurance here except for HMOs.
