Inspired by his own personal growth and the realization that the North America needed a new model for healthcare, Peter became founder and president of three distinct companies: Inner Harmony Wellness Centers, Inner Harmony Group and Harmony Mountain Spa and Retreat.

With a Masters degree in Transpersonal Psychology, Peters work goes beyond traditional health and wellness body therapies. Peter strives to help his private clients understand their body-mind connection while encouraging them to embrace the spiritual dimension of their lives. Interpreting, living and integrating this spiritual realm into daily life continue to be Peters strongest and most enduring passion.
Peters work in the educational arena has been wide spread. He has worked closely with the American Cancer Society and the Centers for Disease Control. He designed and instituted a holistic cancer care program using alternative modalities that proven beneficial to cancer patients.

In addition, as the cofounder and chair of the National Integrative Medicine Council with Andrew Weil, M.D. Amato has worked with the Department of Education to deliver a stress reduction program for elementary school children in the Scranton School District. These programs helped children learn how to alleviate of stress, increase their ability to focus, reduced aggression and increased joy in learning.

Talia Walsh started practicing yoga seven years ago and has been teaching for three years. Talia received her certification in Level I & II in traditional Hatha yoga from the American Aerobic Association International/International Sports Medicine Association (AAAI/ISMA). Talias Yoga classes generally feature flowing sequences, attention to alignment, and an appreciation for the mind/body connection. Talia believes Yoga offers the possibility for each of us to transform our way of living, both on and off the mat - that is, living life with a spirit of awareness, grace, and ease. Her additional certifications include ACSM Health Fitness Specialist, AFAA Group Exercise Instructor, Zumba Fitness Basic Steps 1 Instructor, AAAI/ISMA Personal Trainer and Cycling Instructor and IFT Cycling Instructor.

Fitness has always been part of Hilary Steinbergs life. Hilary used her degree in Communications for more than a decade while pursuing Pilates, Yoga and group fitness as a hobby. In 2008 she realized she wasnt happy in a desk job and decided to make a change.
Her love of yoga began with her first Vinyasa class and immediately obtained her certification through Beth Shaw and YogaFit. She is currently pursuing her 200 hour certification. Hilary tries to expand her knowledge in yoga every opportunity she gets, so that she can continue to grow and challenge her students.
Hilarys additional certifications include a Spencer/Nesta Pilates Instructor, a Physical Mind Method Mat & Standing Pilates Instructor and SPX Fitness.
